Sidney goes away to college in hopes of escaping her trauma. However, a movie titled 'Stab' has been made based on her story and reporters from across the country are tracking her down. So is a mysterious masked killer who leaves a pair of dead bodies at the premiere of 'Stab'. Sequel to 1996 film.
